South Hills Interfaith Ministries (SHIM) is an interfaith organization, actively extending God's love, with dignity and respect, to the people of the South Hills of Pittsburgh. SHIM is a non-profit, (501c3 Health and Human Services), interfaith organization supported by member congregations, community organizations, foundations, businesses and individuals.

within the South Hills area of Allegheny County.

with loving kindness and respect for the dignity, strengths and privacy needs of each individual.
INSPIRING INTERFAITH INTERACTION
One of SHIM’s primary focus areas is that of increasing understanding,
appreciation and respect for diverse faiths and cultures through
educational opportunities and experiences for all ages.
MAKING MISSION MATTER
SHIM’s mission is our central focus and the driving force in delivering our programs and services. As we extend God’s love to our families, we provide meaningful volunteer opportunities that allow community members to put their faith into action. |
